Crying out for help...

Sometimes the internet shows humanity in its purest form, a humanity that struggles against wrong regardless of the cost. For too long this evil has been ignored, waylaid and unreported. Bravely, the people at this site have started the fight.

I, for one, stand with them. Shoulder to shoulder. To fight against a true evil. I hope you do too.

Edinburgh Micro Adventure

Well, what a weekend. Myself, Juanine and Tonto went to Edinburgh to see the Kings of Leon. More about that later however. We got there on Sunday and went out that same night, first to an excellent bar called Opium and then (for about 15min) to an OK bar called Espionage. The night started well, although Andrew was drinking and so occassionaly looked possessed....

Sharing is Caring

This is a photo of Andrew later in the night, he had WAY TOO MUCH Aitchtoo Whoa by this stage:

The Demon WITHIN

We had a gurning competition that night. I lost. This was my pathetic best:

GURRRNNNNNNN

Also I was boring:

YAWWWWWWNN

The girls got on so well together that they decided to form an "all girl band". Now I've never heard of such a thing before... But if it's what I'm thinking then maybes we're in for a treat!

Compass Side!!

Then the Jagermeister ladies came along and I purchased some. Which meant Andrew was PWNED and Frances was Kooky:

PWNED
Foxy Lady!

The next day was so very warm. I kept up the tradition of a posing photo (usually the task of Face):

Strike a pose!

We went to Holyrood Park, which is just delightful. WE were the CONVERSE CREW:

Converseation

Then Juanine got mad at Tonto. Juanines fiery latin temperament meant a bullet in Tontos head!

Never trust a Mexican.

Luckily Tonto survived. Somehow the bullet missed her brain entirely.

Andrew leads the way, following the call of the Rachel Siren. Also the building in the background is the one where they live!

WOWSERS

Juanine found religion over there, she is now a Mexican Muslim. I don't know either. Here she is reading the Koran. I'm getting worried... First Face, now Juanine is converted to the teachings of Mohammed:

Muslim Juaninie

And I guess that thats about all I'm going to write about this trip. I'm very tired right now, so I might update this in the coming days to make more sense / better fun. Until then it'll have to do.

Also, there's a reward for anyone who figures out the message that both Andrew and Tonto were trying to give me over the weekend. I'm confused...

Y Control?

And please dont forget to check Tontos blog for some more excellent pictures please!

Diceys Garden and Wagamama Nano-adventure!

Yesterday the Sunday of the June bank holiday, the team had a little day out in Dublin. I met B.A. first and we went to the newly reopened Bewleys on Grafton Street. It was VERY NICE. Although she took a long time to eat her food and so we were late meeting Face (eek!). Hannibal, as always, was LATE. So here are BA and Face in Diceys Garden, early in the day:

Amanda searches for lipstick while Emma keeps watch for handsome men

BA gave out to me for a bit, claiming that I only put "bad" pictures of her up here. She sulked even!

I want a PRETTY picture! Pretty!!

So without hesitation I give you this picture, the Official Regal Portrait of Princess Emma of the Universe, it is her gazing into the distance, thinking of how lucky her subjects are:

I am the princess of all I survey!

Then Hannibal came along. His FIRST act was an attempt to steal my phone! See the sneaky look in my direction? That was MOMENTS before he pocketed my phone! I was flabberghasted!

Halt thief!

I then punished him severley. I won't go into details, but this is his face AFTERWARDS:

Simon the punished!

Face then went silent for a few moments. We were initially a little worried:

Preparation?

Little were we to know that she was going to serenade BA! "Wheeeeeennn the moooooon hits your eye...."

Hits your eye...

I was overwhelmed by Faces voice of an angel and listened with all my ears...

What is that I hear? Surely it is an angel?!

Now on a serious note, the day was absolutely brilliant. We all got on really really really well, and here is a photo of the happiness (and don't they look so very very pretty?)

SO PRETTY AND CUTE!

So, I certainly hope that we have many more days like yesterday. Many, many, many more.
